HR Business Partner - US Leasing

We are currently seeking an HRBP supporting our Central Region for US Leasing. This role is a critical member of our Leasing HR leadership team and requires a talented and experienced HRBP with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and leading change in a highly complex organization. In this role, you will partner with the respective Business Leaders and their Leadership teams to ensure strategic alignment and impactful execution of their people strategy across multiple markets spanning the Central Region. This role sits on-site in our Chicago office.

Key AccountabilitiesServe as the primary HR contact for the Regional Leasing Lead, working to implement the talent strategy and develop a people agenda that drives business outcomes.The person will also act as an advocate of the wider HR function and leverage our Centers of Excellence of Talent and Rewards as well as the Business Services teams to meet strategic HR needs of the business, including but not limited to leading on Talent & Transformation spanning across Talent Acquisition Strategy, Talent Development, Employee Value Proposition, Engagement, Reward, Performance Management and Employee Relations.Execute JLL's people strategy and develop a people agenda that drives business outcomes aligned to the overall Business strategy.Provide HR perspective (including strategy, scope, process, and impact) to business decisions. Partner with Business leaders to influence, develop and integrate targeted people strategies based on situational analysis, to drive business objectives/goals and foster solid working relationships.Operate as an objective and trusted advisor; provide appropriate coaching to elevate the leadership team collectively and individually.Understand the business and the priorities of business leadership, including the business strategy, P&L, and key initiatives that drive the bottom line.Communicate a clear, accurate understanding of HR analytics, providing insights and strategic direction on how to use them to grow the business, deliver results and drive continuous HR improvement.Provide commercially sound solutions to support business objectives.Partner closely to drive the acquisition, development, engagement, recognition and productivity of the workforce. Developing a comprehensive People Strategy is very important to us.Create and execute this strategy taking direction from our HR Leadership and our broader JLL vision.Build and unlock leadership and management capability amongst local leadership across the Region. Inspire the team to do their best work every day.Manage the executive stakeholders with complimentary and sometimes competing priorities; experience managing multiple executive stakeholders is key.Enable HR delivery through the JLL HR model - Working closely with our Talent & Rewards CoE, help define the talent and reward strategy to drive business performance and growth.Ensure the development of a diverse talent pipeline across all levels to manage current and future business.Annual goal setting & performance management, talent review, succession planning, and compensation plan reviews and implementing fit for purpose Rewards strategies.

Experience Requirements:Minimum 8+ years of experience in Human Resources.Superior leadership skills, ability to empower, mentor and take the team to further success.Bachelor's degree with a major/minor or emphasis in HR or another relevant field is required.Professional qualification and/or advanced degree (master's or above) is preferred.
