Key Responsibilities
Maintains the city's Enterprise Geographic Information System (GIS).Supports city staff performing GIS-related activities across the enterprise.Manages, administers, publishes ESRI Web apps, Datasets, Imagery, StoryMaps, Dashboards, Portal and Data stores.Ensures application security management for assigned applications in conjunction with the network Infrastructure group.Administers servers/systems in designated area or application(s), i.e., ESRI ArcGIS, Cartegraph.Writes additional documentation where required.Works closely with user departments on cross-functional process improvement teams. Develops business and system flow charts and related procedures and system documentation.
