Process mailing data for our production jobs and provide a broad range of IT support for users throughout the company.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with a high degree of accuracy. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Additional duties may be assigned by Manager.MAILINGProcessing mailing data with BCC Mail Manager Full Service, importing addresses, encoding, presorting and producing documentation for standard flat and letter mailingsLearning and assisting to improve and troubleshoot a few key custom Visual Basic applications that help streamline the preparation and processing of mailing dataWorking with customers and/or customer service representatives to ensure mailing and address data is submitted accurately, consistently and in a timely mannerManaging a SQL Server database containing all addresses within a multi-state service area, and querying it to produce saturation mailing lists based on customer criteriaAssist customers and co-workers in understanding postal service rules and regulationsADMINISTRATIONWriting custom reports for EFI Foundation (Monarch) and Planner applications using Crystal Reports, and working with EFI customer support to troubleshoot for end-usersAssisting PC users with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel documents with formulas, charts, pivot tables, etc., and creating and troubleshooting Access database toolsManaging an inventory and troubleshooting of desktops and laptop PCs running Windows 10 Pro, as well as several hand-held data terminals and PC related accessoriesManaging an inventory and troubleshooting of desktop and network printers, as well as the purchase and distribution of ink and tonerManaging an inventory and troubleshooting of cellular phones, smart phones, desktop phones and voice mailboxesPurchasing of day-to-day IT equipment, including computers and phones and related accessories, printers and toner, and all IT related accessoriesResearching and resolving all other IT-related issues that arise in the office and production floorQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must have each qualification below. The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Able to design and manage databases and use programs in Microsoft Windows environment such as SQL Server, Access, Excel and Word.Fluent in Visual Basic, including Visual Basic, VBA (Visual Basic for Microsoft Applications), and VB.NET.Competent in Crystal Reports using a variety of data sources including use of formulas, sub-reports and commands.Knowledge of BCC Mail Manager Full Service or similar mailing software plus knowledge of USPS regulations, specifically flat and letter mailings and Full Service options.Able to troubleshoot and resolve IT hardware and software issues for users throughout the company.Ability to self-check work for a high degree of accuracyPunctual, regular and reliable attendance within company guidelines.Self-motivated, positive and cooperative team player.Ability to work within deadlines, make appropriate decisions within company guidelines, and work independently as required.Ability to understand and follow directions and instructions.Ability to concentrate.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School diploma or equivalent.Some IT-related technical training highly desiredMinimum 2 years of job-related experience required.LANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, measurements and volume.REASONING ABILITYAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
