Traffic Engineer Project Manager (Professional Engineer license Required)
for Connecticut (remote within region).Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience, a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, the willingness to work cohesively within a team, and the ability to work on multiple projects. Additionally, we offer a creative, flexible, supportive, and fun environment!Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage projects, staff, and clients.Oversee and prepare traffic/parking studies, corridor planning, feasibility studies, and safety audits.Assist in the preparation of specifications, plans, construction schedules, impact studies, permits, and designs for projects.Work with multi-disciplinary teams on tasks such as work zone traffic, intersection design, traffic signal design, roadway signing and pavement marking plans, DOT access permitting, control plans, and traffic signal operations analysis.Coordinate with field inspection staff and serve as an on-site project representative.Job RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Civil EngineeringPE in CT and/or NY , PTOE (desirable)Excellent oral and written communication skillsExpert witness testimonyExperience with CTDOT design standards, NYSDOT/NYCDOT experience (desirable)Knowledge of CADD Software (MicroStation or AutoCAD)Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and meet multiple deadlinesKnowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteValid Driver’s LicenseDon't meet every qualification or skill in the description?
