We are hiring Permanent Internal Medicine/ Family Practice Physician for an ongoing locum assignment in Ohio!
Job details:
* 2 practice locations currently open:
- Mix of Family Medicine and Sports Medicine: Experience/training in Sports Medicine is preferred. 24-30 patients/day. Half FM/ half sports. Includes Guided ultrasound injections, treating concussions, plain X-ray on site. Position will be aligned with the Orthopedics department and will have regular interaction with them.
- Traditional Family Medicine practice: Adult, Geriatric, and Pediatric. Provider MUST be willing to see patients ages 5 years and up.
* Full-time negotiable schedule, depending upon the practice and current staffing
* On call 3-4 days per month
* 10 Mid-Levels Providing Coverage throughout the organization
* 2-3 Exam Rooms Per Physician (depending on the location)
* Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrilator, Airway, IV Supplies, Etc.
* Lab onsite
* X-ray onsite
* EMR - EPIC
* Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
* Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
* Open to upcoming 2025 graduates (not accepting 2026+ graduates)
Job Requirements:
* Board Certificate
* Board Eligible
* BLS
* ACLS
* OH State License (or willing to obtain)
Compensation and Benefits:
* Salary range: $240,000-$375,000 (including all bonuses) depending upon experience (to be discussed at interview).
* 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
* Sign on bonus - negotiable
* Relocation allowance, if applicable
* $5000 CME credit
