About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee and lead its finance operations. This includes maintaining executive oversight of working capital, capital expenditures, banking, accounting, audits, tax, and pricing. The successful candidate will also be tasked with creating and reconciling annual business plans, preparing financial statements, and maintaining stable cash flow management policies. Additionally, the CFO will work with management to develop risk mitigation strategies and is expected to have a proactive approach to improving financial processes. Applicants for the CFO position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, a CPA certification, and a minimum of 10-20 years' of financial leadership experience. Experience in a middle market company is required, with a preference for those who have worked in the healthcare or insurance industry. The role demands a professional who can ensure that revenue streams are effectively managed, and who is adept at maintaining financial stability and growth.
