As a member of the Treasury team, our Treasury Manager oversees the operations and management of one or more of the following functional areas, including systems and strategies: , Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Cash Application, Billing, Bank Operations, Budgeting and Financial Strategic Analysis - all in service of creating an economically sustainable health care system. Manager, Treasury I would have a bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance with a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience and 2 years management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. CTP, CFA, CPA, CMA and/or MBA preferred.Skills and Attributes: Demonstrated knowledge of or expertise in one or more of the following areas: cash management, lockbox operations, electronic payment operations, accounts receivable, billing, bank reconciliation, treasury systems, investments, commercial banking industry, as well as various financial metrics and strategies.Responsible for one of more of the following shared service activities: operationalizing deposits to banking institutions, reconciling daily bank balances, working in treasury systems, delinquency management, billing services, bank reconciliation, treasury systems, and other shared service functions as assigned. Demonstrated application of financial, accounting, investment, or business knowledge. Specific areas of knowledge would include generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), statutory accounting principles (SAP), NAIC/SVO, NACHA practices and procedures, , state insurance statutes, and department of insurance rules and regulations.Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: managing commercial banking relationships with multiple banks utilizing best in class services and technologies, managing large lockbox operations, electronic payment processors and vendor relationships, daily bank reconciliations and month end close process, accounts receivable, delinquency management, billing, cash positioning, security investments, loan management, financial metrics and strategic analysis.Ability to investigate processes and provide in-depth analysis and recommendations using critical thinking and sound judgement.Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with all levels of the work force.Experience with software and systems currently employed within given discipline highly preferred.Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of staff and management both as a self-starter and in a team environment.Proven leadership skills and abilities as demonstrated by progressively increasing management experience and responsibilities. Ability to plan, organize and lead the work of others with minimal supervision, while developing team goals and objectives consistent with corporate vision and strategies. Must serve as active participant in the development of staff to achieve high performance levels, staff job satisfaction and retention.Demonstrated experience relative to specific discipline, including but not limited to; system analysis, review and implementation; implementing best practices and processes; process improvement analysis, development, design and implementation. What You Will Do at Cambia:

General Functions and OutcomesManages the timely processing for areas of responsibility, as well as other associated tasks and assignments. Coordinates staff activities to ensure transactions are processed accurately.Provides effective leadership over teams of functional treasury areas.Directs, organizes and develops highly competent treasury teams consistent with Cambia corporate vision and values.Demonstrates strong proficiency with relevant technology and applications, including Excel.Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communications with all levels in the organization.Manages one or more of the following:Ensures compliance with applicable federal, state, local and BCBS Association regulatory reporting requirements and guidelines.Directs the timely and accurate completion of tasks that support periodic financial statements, regulatory reports, analysis, forecast, and operating plans.Directs the preparation and review of periodic journal entries and assigned monthly account reconciliations. Provides complete review of all reports, analysis and projections generated from areas of responsibility.Ensures corporate funds/assets are maintained and protected and receipts are processed accurately in a timely manner.Investigates and resolves unusual transactions, activities, questions and issues as they arise.Directs and provides staff training, maximizing efficient and effective use of treasury resources.Provides accurate and timely data for use by plan executives and operational management in effective decision making for the achievement of corporate strategies and initiatives.Oversees the creation, analysis, reporting, maintenance and safeguarding of treasury data generated throughout the functional areas for effective and efficient management of the companys operations.Directs the development, revision and implementation of departmental policies, procedures and systems in compliance with all applicable corporate and regulatory policies and procedures. Directs the timely and accurate preparation of one or more of the following reports: regulatory, delinquency, billing, metrics, payment type, receipts, line of business, analysis, forecast and operating plans.Directs, plans, supports and coordinates work efforts to develop and implement periodic conversions, consolidations of financial systems, and applications, including any redesign of process methodologies as well as interfaces with ancillary systems.Maintains, reviews and updates billing, collection and/or cash application systems deploying best in class technologies and practices when possible.Directs, plans, administers and coordinates effective policy and procedural execution, related to all functions of accounts receivable.As a member of our strong leadership community, you will provide direction to your team, engage them towards common goals and create a positive experience that helps people flourish. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is $103,000.00 to $168,000.00.#LI-remote
