IT Business Analyst

About Ascendion: Ascendion is a full-service digital engineering solutions company based in New Jersey, with a global workforce of 6,000 employees. We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our team in Chicago, IL (Hybrid 3 days/week). Key Responsibilities: Evaluate current operational procedures and propose strategies to achieve operational excellence. Collaborate with business units, development teams, and stakeholders to gather, analyze and prioritize requests. Document and elicit requirements through user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams, etc. Use technical tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Viso and Jira (or similar tool). Minimum Qualifications: 5 years of experience in IT Ability to analyze data within systems and understand workflow Strong documentation skills Desired Qualifications: Healthcare Experience Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $90,000- $100,000 annually.
