Job Overview & Responsibilities
This position will be on sight and requires the ability to work with Safety, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain, MRPC's, IE's, PE's and engineering in the following capacities of" Avionics, Structures, Prop, Pneumatics, Engines and Propulsion.You will be working side by side with the Senior Upper Stage Program Leader on streamlining processes, bringing the team together from all entities to accomplish one common goal, with everyone rowing the boat in the same direction and developing trust within the team.You will also be responsible for leading and reducing cost (eliminating waste), reducing Q-notes, scouting technician road blocks and putting long term plans in place to removing them.Required Education
Bachelor
Required Years of Experience
Minimum of 6 years of related work experience
Basic Qualifications
Minumum of 6 years applicable experience in project management in aerospace, automotive, or other large vehicle assembly/integration.Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to translate strategies into operational processes and outcomes.Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively lead and develop teams in attainment of operational, business and talent development objectives.Purposeful and strategic leader that can drive change and create a unity of purpose.Knowledgeable with and ability to use MS Office.Ability to manage multiple projects in regards to: scheduling, budget, communication, negotiation, problem solving and adaptability.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Lean manufacturing.Green or Black Belt certified.Experience with Cost and Scheduling management.Experience working with a represented workforce.Experience in leading change and driving improvements.What makes ULA different?
