About BOLD at DLR Group

The BOLD (Bridging Organizational Learning Designing) team partners with school communities to transform traditional models into future-ready learning environments. They collaborate closely with stakeholders through a tailored process designed to meet the unique needs of each school, incorporating workshops focused on district-campus goal alignment, learner, educator, and leader profiles, cultural and academic expectations, policies, procedures, systems development, and educator skill development to ensure a comprehensive approach to creating innovative, sustainable learning environments.

Position Summary

The BOLD Coordinator will play a vital role in advancing the mission of creating innovative learning environments. This position will support the BOLD team by developing and implementing strategies that will drive transformative practices in school design. The BOLD Coordinator will be responsible for creating resources, managing operational tasks, assisting with key initiatives, and expanding BOLD services into additional sectors, ensuring the team's continued growth and impact.

What you will do:

Develop branded content, workshops, and resources that reflect the vision and values of the BOLD initiativeDesign and implement certification and badging systems to recognize educator achievements and incentivize professional developmentCreate and improve instructional materials, online learning modules, and collateral to support innovative teaching practicesSupport data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure the impact of BOLD initiatives and inform decision-makingAssist with the development of proposals, billing processes, and operational tasks related to BOLD servicesOrganize and manage key events, including summits and collaborative workshops, to advance the vision of transformational leadershipDevelop system-change processes, metrics, and feedback loops to improve the effectiveness of workshops and initiativesFoster relationships with educators, administrators, and stakeholders to expand BOLD services and promote engagementSupport community engagement efforts through speaking proposals, presentations, and conference materials that communicate the BOLD visionExplore opportunities to expand BOLD initiatives into new sectors, fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration and innovationQualifications:

Master's degree in education, Educational Leadership, or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years' experience in teaching and leadership positionsExperience in instructional technology, professional development, and curriculum designStrong leadership, facilitation, and communication skillsAbility to design and launch virtual workshopsFamiliarity with current trends in education and innovative teaching practicesCollaborative, growth-minded work ethic
