Senior Business Support Specialist

The Business Support Specialist will provide direct support for the Program Element Office - Command, Control, Communications and Battle Management (PEO-C3BM) in the form of administrative (e.g., calendar management, planning, scheduling, and facilitating internal PEO-C3BM Team meetings and external meetings with stakeholders), and technical support to the government lead(s) for PEO-C3BM and related programs.

This job requires a highly motivated and organized individual to assist the Senior Materiel Leader (SML), Deputy Division Chief and Chief Engineer for PEO-C3BM with their administrative duties as needed.

Responsibilities may include:

Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment, take broad direction on multiple tasks and work collaborativelyCoordinate with senior managers to schedule and facilitate meetingsCreate executive-level communicationsPerforming an array of administrative tasks as neededRequired Skills & Experience:

Bachelor degreeMinimum of five years working in a professional office environmentProficiency with the MS Office Suite (Office 365), particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and WordProficiency with MS Teams and/or other collaboration applications including SharePointThe ability to listen and communicate effectively verbally and in writingUS citizenship and a Top Secret clearancePreferred Skills & Experience:

Ten years experience working in government or defense industry environmentExpert skills with MS Office Suite (Office 365), particularly Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and WordFamiliarity with Acquisition and budgeting processesActive Top Secret w/SCI

Compensation : Starting salary ranges from $75,000-$90,000 depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
