As the advocate for emerging talent, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that every candidate recognizes Epiroc as a place where they can grow and make a significant impact.OurTalent Specialist - University Relations & Emerging Talent will build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of early-career talent, bringing diverse perspectives and fresh ideas to Epiroc. This position aims to shape the company's future workforce by identifying and attracting enthusiastic, capable individuals who are eager to grow and make a meaningful impact. As the champion for emerging talent, you will ensure that every candidate sees Epiroc as a place of opportunity, development, and sustainability.Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing and Outreach: Proactively engage with universities, technical schools, and other talent sources to build strong relationships and promote Epiroc as an employer of choice.Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through the onboarding process, ensuring clear communication and a smooth transition.Screening and Interviewing: Evaluate candidates through interviews and assessments, ensuring they align with the skills and culture fit required for Epiroc's needs.Academic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with academic institutions, career services, and student organizations to enhance our visibility and talent pipeline.Recruitment Events: Organize and participate in job fairs, campus events, and other recruiting activities to engage and attract emerging talent.Internship Program: Support the design and execution of Epiroc's internship and entry-level programs, focusing on program quality and participant engagement.Recruitment Analytics: Track and report key recruitment metrics, using insights to continuously improve our talent acquisition strategies.Diversity & Inclusion: Drive initiatives to recruit diverse candidates and promote Epiroc's commitment to an inclusive and equitable workplace.

Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).2-4 years of experience in recruitment, with a preference for experience in campus recruiting, early-career hiring, or university relations.

Skills:Strong relationship-building and communication skills to collaborate closely with Managers and Local HR.Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.A data-driven approach to evaluating recruitment strategies.A collaborative and proactive mindset with a passion for talent acquisition.Experience with technical roles.Proficiency in English required and Spanish is highly desirable.
