Peraton is seeking a
Business Process Consultant
to join our team of qualified and diverse individuals.This position is located
on-site
in
Tallahassee, FL .The position will report to The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS or Department).Day to Day Work Responsibilities:Prepare deliverables identified by the FDACS Functional Manager, within the timeframe specifiedby the Contract Manager(s).
Comply with OATS Administrative Policies and Procedures by working directly with theDepartment's Contract Manager throughout the PO term.Prepare ISDM or SDF documentation that indicates the project complies with OATS policies andprocedures. Apprise OATS staff on ISDM or SDF information as directed by the Department'sContract Manager.Communicate relevant information to project teams and stakeholders in a timely manner.Facilitate meetings throughout the term of the POAddress project team conflict and communication problems proactively.Review required documentation evidencing the deliverable for completeness and correctnessbefore submitting to the Project Team and Stakeholders.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree and 8 years of experience or a Masters degree and 6 years of experience or a High School diploma and 12 years of experience.Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.Must have experience in DevOps and Dynamics 365Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with Department staff at variouslevels7 years of experience in business analysis o IT projectsMust have experience in the use of Microsoft Visio for creating the process model diagrams.Experience translating business requirements into use cases/user stories and acceptancecriteria.Experience creating test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria.Preferred Qualifications:Good verbal/communication skills.Good writing skills.Good technical writing skills.Experiences in working with IT technical staff to determine the infrastructure componentswithin which any potential solution or modification would need to be able to operate.Skills and experience in conducting meetings with individuals and groups of people to discussbusiness processes.
