by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging Group as the E&I Maintenance Planner :
Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for all electrical systems and equipmentCreate, prioritize, and manage work orders for electrical maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completionCoordinate with maintenance technicians and other staff to allocate resources effectively and ensure the availability of necessary tools and materialsSupport with the preventive maintenance measures to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of electrical equipment.Ensure all electrical maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inspection reportsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.Work closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams to coordinate maintenance activities and support overall manufacturing operations.Participate in the annual action planning process and budget development.Develop and mentor E&I team in Safe Work and Environmental Practices adherent to OSHA Standards.Ensure monitoring of the OHS risks identified in your departmentBring out the best in yourself!

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and maintenance practices. Proficiency in using maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS).Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance planning within a manufacturing environment.Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field or equivalent experience in lieu of a degreeExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
