Job Summary:
The purpose of the Enterprise ERP Program Manager is to independently lead multiple complex strategic programs and small-scale portfolios related to a full-cycle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation, which may span multiple disciplines, products, or areas of expertise over multiple years. This role is responsible for developing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies, considering all aspects of the implementation lifecycle. It monitors dependencies across multiple interrelated projects, including integrating vendor tasks and tracking, and provides analysis, forecasting, and modeling utilizing the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool to align resource requirements to projects within the program. The role gathers and reports consolidated program, portfolio, and project status and financial information to leadership and provides oversight, leadership, and direction to ensure programs are completed on time, on budget, within defined scope, and development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), monitoring benefits to ensure realization. It serves as a subject matter expert in project and program management, providing guidance to EPM Senior Project Managers and Project Managers and may direct the work these team members (or external parties) manage on the projects associated within the programs or sub-programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor dependencies across multiple interrelated projects.
• Integrate vendor tasks and track progress.
• Provide analysis, forecasting, and modeling using the PPM tool.
• Gather and report consolidated program, portfolio, and project status and financial information.
• Ensure programs are completed on time, on budget, and within defined scope.
• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Provide oversight, leadership, and direction to project teams.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in project and program management.
• Provide guidance to EPM Senior Project Managers and Project Managers.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Project Management, or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification upon hire issued by Project Management Institute.
• Minimum 8 years of total project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related program management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing ERP implementations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing and leading resources in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a client or patient-focused environment.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with information analysis, resource and capacity planning, problem-solving, budgeting, team coordination, strategic planning, and quality management at the program level.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within a formalized Project Management Office (PMO).
• Minimum 5 years of experience using an industry-standard Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Earned Value techniques and reporting.
Skills/Training Required:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex ERP programs.

• Experience with full-cycle ERP implementation projects for healthcare organizations.
• Experience using robust PPM tools (e.g., Planview, Clarity).
• Knowledge of hospital operational processes.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting practices in healthcare/non-profit settings.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional skills with the MS Office suite: Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
Primary Skills:
• Program Manager with experience in Workday implementation projects.
• Client moving from Lawson to full suite of Workday.
• Must have PMP certification.
• Candidates must be able to be onsite Tuesday-Thursday.
• Expenses paid for travel.
• Candidates must live in one of the following states: AL, AZ, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, LA, MS, MO, MT, NC, OH, OK, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WY.
