JOB DESCRIPTION:Minimum Qualifications:Five years' management experience leading projects and/or teams or Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field. Must be a transformational leader that is able to lead through a trauma-informed lens. Must possess a strong knowledge of clinical programs and business strategies. Able to build working relationships with community partners and colleagues in order to provide the highest quality of care to our clients. Travel is required between the programs. A valid Florida's Driver's License is required.Preferred Qualification:Licensed in the State of Florida as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist or Mental Health Counselor per FS491. Knowledge of local mental health, substance abuse, education, juvenile justice, child welfare and other community resources. Knowledge of family systems, trauma-focused treatment, crisis intervention and integrated care.Special Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Highly motivated, self-directed and excellent management and supervisory skills. Ability to understand and manage program budgets and contracts. Excellent writing and verbal skills for report writing and communication with community resources.Essential Functions/Job Duties:1. Organize staff and program resources to provide quality services within the scope of the program's various contracts.2. Ensure continuity of care within agency, among treatment programs and community providers.3. Communicate with community providers to effectively meet the needs of the clients in our community with behavioral health needs.4. Participate in community meetings, staffing, and other events promoting system collaboration and community mental health awareness.5. Serve as liaison with Program Managers, prepare contract applications, review contracts, and advocate for funding, program and outcome changes.6. Maintain quality assurance standards by preparing for chart audits, monitoring performance outcome measures, overseeing contracts and providing input on budgets.7. Provide on-going clinical supervision to team leaders, supervisors, and managers to promote high quality clinical services and help them improve their supervisory skills.8. Organize and conduct staff meetings and trainings as needed and appropriate.9. Perform administrative tasks including completing performance appraisals of direct reports, approving the performance appraisals of all indirect staff, reviewing and revising policies and procedures.10. Monitor clinical documentation compliance and develop and implement new procedures to improve compliance.11. Provide back-up to on-call crisis intervention services.Work Environment/Physical Demands: This position operates in a professional office environment and spends time in outpatient behavioral health and addiction treatment settings. This position may be subject to exposure to individuals who engage in maladaptive behavior. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to observe office environments and to use speech and hearing to interact with others in person, via telephone, using computer technology and in writing.This is a full time, exempt position.Typical hours of work are Monday through Friday- days. This position may be required to work evening and weekend hours. This position has on call responsibilities. Pay Range:$67,610.00--$101,430.00
