JOB DESCRIPTION:Position Title:Trauma Recovery Services Project Supervisor - LicensedPosition Reports Directly to:Trauma Services ManagerPositions that Report directly to this Position:Trauma Recovery Services Project Staff (Trauma Therapists, Trauma Care/case managers, Trauma parent educator/partners, Trauma prevention and education coordinator/trainer).Minimum Qualifications:Master's Degree/ Licensed (LMHC/LCSW/LMFT) per Florida Department of Professional Regulation as per chapter 490 or 491 F.S.
Experience collaborating with community partners.
Experience working with victims and survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, military trauma, and other traumas, including families involved with child welfare.
Knowledge of trauma reactions and services.
Disciplined, organized, good communication skills, and calm in a crisis.
Strong background in the provision of Evidenced Based and Evidenced Informed Trauma services and practices.
Valid Florida Driver's License, current automobile insurance and a safe driving record a must.
Preferred Qualification:3 years' related work experience with Trauma survivors preferred.Special Skills, Knowledge and Abilities :Highly motivated, self-directed and excellent management and supervisory skills. Ability to understand and assist staff in meeting program contract requirements. Excellent writing and verbal skills for report writing and communication with community resources.Essential Functions/Job Duties:Coordinates team consultation meetings for therapist and advocate teams to ensure efficient office operations and a high level of customer service.
Participate in staff recruiting, interviewing, hiring and ensuring that hired staff receive the orientation and training required by the policies and regulations of various funders and Centerstone.
Work with case manager to maintain department referral logs and assign the most appropriate staff for the client's treatment.
Coordinate the comprehensive assessment for each client and provide clinical consultation of the development of the comprehensive assessment and individualized treatment plan.
Lead the daily organizational staff meetings, treatment team meetings across Desoto, Manatee, and Sarasota Counties;
Maintain ongoing evaluation of client's status in order to do appropriate planning and coordination of treatment activities to meet client's changing needs.
Supervise medical records management to assure compliance with all regulatory agencies and corporate policies and procedures, train staff on medical records requirements.
Conduct clinical assessments and provide direct clinical treatment for 30 percent productivity caseload.
Regularly review client records and use reviews as part of clinical supervision and training.
Carry out and document performance improvement activities and review use of program services.
Develop and maintain program policies and procedures and revise as needed and/or as required by corporate policy.
Develop and maintain relationships with other staff, Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) members, NCTSN collaborative workgroups, human service agencies and community stakeholders across three county service area.

Demands:This position operates in a professional office environment and spends time in outpatient behavioral health and addiction treatment settings. This position may be subject to exposure to individuals who engage in maladaptive behavior. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to observe office environments and to use speech and hearing to interact with others in person, via telephone, using computer technology and in writing.Position Type, Expected Hours of Work and Travel:Full time position. Typical hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5pm. This position may be required to work evening and weekend hours.
