We are looking for a Manager, Fraud Operations to lead a team of fraud investigation, prevention, and enforcement specialists. You will:Manage a team of dispute agents and fraud investigators with the goal of safeguarding the platform from financial loss, and maintaining buyer and seller trusts.Set and ensure performance for the team against quality, procedures and service level agreements goals, including payment processor requirements and benchmarks.Monitor, assess, and report out on the effectiveness of controls. Identify gaps in processes and strategies, and work cross-functionally to solve them.Team members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of our Phoenix, Arizona hub.You

As our next Manager, Fraud Operations you have:
5+ years of experience in e-commerce risk management, fraud prevention, and operations including time at a high-growth startupExperience leading and mentoring teams of Fraud, risk management, and/or operations specialists.Comfort dealing with data and analytics, including the ability to proactively identify trends in key performance metrics for your team.Demonstrated strong cross-functional collaboration abilities in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.Compensation
For Full-Time (Salary) US-based applicants:
$165,000/year to $185,000year + benefits + equity
The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills and expertise.
