Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute eCommerce merchandising tactics and strategies to achieve the product category and segments sales targets.
Optimize product merchandising leading to increased conversion on the site.
Work on A/B test plans and personalization efforts for the gaming and student visitors to our site
Improve the customer journey for product discoverability and conversion.
Identify best sellers, key trends & business priorities to define cross-sell and up-sell tactics.
Drive new product page launches, ensuring data and images accuracy, in coordination with cross-functional teams, WW product teams, and GEO stakeholders.
Work closely with the category/program managers to ensure promo, pricing and stock are accurately displayed on site.
Report weekly on merchandising and initiatives results from previous weeks, capturing key metrics and performance indicators, and identify trends and opportunities to maximize conversion.
Support and help coordinate other marketing or UX implementation as needed.
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, specifically project management experience in an eCommerce or digital environment.
Preferred Requirements:
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and achieve
deadlines.
• Ability to make timely decisions, anticipate problems, and provide creative solutions.
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Strong self-initiative with the ability to identify areas of improvement with little direction.
• Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills.
• Experience working with Jira or similar tools for task tracking and bug resolution.
• Experience with Analytics tools (Adobe Analytics is preferred), and ability to analyzing data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
The base salary range budgeted for this position is $85,000 - $95,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commissions. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found on [1] www.lenovobenefits.com.
