Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.

The Role: In this role, you will:
Support NHQ site team meetings through creating slideshows, taking notes, updating action items, and sending out emails.
Engage with South Nashua employees through coordinating site events.
Support South Nashua Wellness Team and DEI Team.
Support NH Regional Employee Engagement Event Coordinator with planning and executing various employee events.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Candidate for a Bachelor's Degree in any field and is in at least their freshman year of college at the start of the internship.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent team player who is willing to contribute and learn.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Proficient in basic computer skills.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $39160 - $52910
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20 hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
