Job Title: Mechanical Quality InspectorJob DescriptionThe Mechanical Quality Inspector will support quality operations, including performing inspections on finished parts through the First Article process, incoming inspections, and final inspections.ResponsibilitiesPerform inspection of finished parts through the First Article process and manufactured run.Perform Incoming Inspections and Outgoing Inspections as defined for finished products.Program and operate a CMM to measure the physical geometric characteristics of a part, including dimensional measurement, profile measurement, and angularity or orientation measurement.Ensure all components are within specified geometric tolerances and comply with engineered drawings.Communicate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Sales to document inspection results.Generate reports including DMRs, NCMRs, and Certificates of Compliance\\Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of San Carlos, California.About Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
