Job DetailsJob LocationMain Office - Denver, COPosition TypeFull TimeSalary Range$71,140.00 - $85,000.00 SalaryDescriptionPosition PurposeThe Human Resources Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and enhancing HR processes and systems. This role ensures that the HR function runs smoothly and efficiently while fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional with a strong operational focus, capable of implementing HR initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and values.Essential Duties HR Operations ManagementLead and manage core HR functions, including benefits administration, recruiting, employee records.Continuously improve operational processes and leverage technology for efficiency.ComplianceEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.Maintain accurate records and oversee affirmative action and EEO reporting.Process Improvement & ReportingIdentify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.Oversee data collection and reporting for informed decision-making while maintaining confidentiality.Employee Relations & PoliciesProvide guidance on HR policies and employee relations issues to support a positive work environment.Develop and update job descriptions, personnel policies, and the employee handbook.Team LeadershipManage, mentor, and develop the HR team, fostering continuous learning and excellence.Monitor departmental activities to ensure consistency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.Additional DutiesHandle employee relations counseling, evaluate department initiatives, and recommend improvements.Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel.Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and maintain composure under pressure.Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field 5 years of progressively responsible experience working in Human Resources3 years previous experience with HRIS software, Paycom Preferred3 years progressively responsible mgmt./supervisory experiencePreferred QualificationsPHR/SPHRMaster's degree in human resource management.Bilingual Spanish
