Ready to join our driven and talented individuals who care about protecting the rights of responsible self-defenders?As a Procurement Specialist, you will help our business run smoothly by supporting the Supply Chain team in selecting, purchasing, and managing products or materials. Find information and data about products, materials, and other supplies. They may also evaluate products, analyze client purchasing habits, and monitor market trends.Apply if you areHigh level of attention to detail & excellent interpersonal communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.Sense of urgency, confident, self-starter, quick learner and motivated attitude.Strong written and oral communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills.Experience in Dymanics 365 Business Central is a plus.4years minimum in buying/planning office experience required.High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Day-to-day dutiesCollect and review financial data, ensuring accuracy for strategic decisions.Assist in analyzing class and vendor performance.Assist in vendor communication.Ensure proper receipt flow, monitoring receipt of goods and tracking orders.Forecast and communicate stock inadequacies, develop and execute plans to mitigate potential issues.Optimize order cadence to improve service levels within the business and follow up with appropriate allocationWrite and place approved orders and reordersAnalyze vendor performance to identify product opportunities, trends, and offerings which will impact the business and provide results.Receive and process fulfillment orders accurately and efficiently.Pack, label and conduct quality control checks on orders while preparing them for shipment.Enter all seasonal purchases accurately into the appropriate systems, meet all deadlines.Will be working with Dymanics 365 Business Central.Other tasks as assigned.Benefits
