JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analytics - create and execute various analytics projects to inform team strategy and internal partners; including the development of reports, dashboards, and scripts/automation using Google Suite, SQL, Tableau, R, and Python;Strategic Planning - develop strategies, set goals, and build roadmaps to improve service;Leadership - guide our thinking on key components of our overall service strategy and lead cross-functional stakeholder groups to deliver on that strategy;Product - work with data science and product teams to develop business cases and insights from operations team (account management, carrier sales, support, and tracking);Program Management - identify, plan, and execute large scale initiatives to solve business problems and improve our existing processes;Operations Management - collaborate with account management teams, carrier sales, tracking, and other teams to identify process inefficiencies, build solutions, and drive operational efficiency (e.g. centralizing repeatable processes, account strategy, and growth, weekly performance reporting); andStakeholder Management - organize and structure work across a variety of cross-functional teams to deliver on shared goals and priorities.
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Requires Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or other directly related field of study, plus the following experience:3 years of experience in an analytics focused role;3 years of experience with big-data SQL engines;3 years of experience using any relational database management systems including Hive, Presto, Postgres, Snowflake or Oracle;3 years of experience in data visualization using Tableau or Google Data Studio tools;3 years of experience in solving problems using large data sets in a business context;2 years of experience in presenting to a variety of stakeholders, including executive leadership; and1 year of experience using Python for analysis or automation of processes.Experience may be gained concurrently.Work from home available 2-3 times per week.Must reside within commuting distance of employer's New York City, NY office.
SALARY:
$139, 227.00/year
