Overview
Set up and break down for facility events. Drive Zamboni during hockey games.
This role will pay an hourly rate between $14 to $15.

ResponsibilitiesPerform general physical labor associated with set up and break down for events i.e. ice install, ice maintenance, glass repair, rink repair.Make repairs as directed by the Operations Manager.Operate a forklift truck.Drive zamboni during hockey games maintaining the ice to AHL and/or NCAA standards.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications
A strong communicator: be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in written format to management and staff as well as to all types of clientsOrganized, able to prioritize, and have strong time management skillsAble to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidaysAdvanced oral and written communication skills.Excellent organizational, planning, communication, and inter-personal skills.Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks.Attention to detail and service oriented.Strong orientation to customer service and ability to work with other staff members in the facility.Prior experience driving a Zamboni machine required.Prior experience with ice maintenancePrevious facility operations experience a plus.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
