Essential duties include the following:
Leads and coordinates the integration of mortgage servicing platforms with SWBC systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical specifications.Provides technical expertise and support for these mortgages servicing platforms, troubleshooting issues and resolving integration challenges effectively.Develops and maintains detailed documentation of integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing.Serves as a trusted advisor to those that test integrations to ensure they meet quality standards and function as intended before going live.Identifies areas for improvement in integration processes and propose enhancements to streamline and optimize system integrations.Advises and directs collection of requirements for insurance tracking integrations with mortgage servicers, banks, and credit unions.Researches viability for use of APIs and web services to enhance our insurance tracking program for our clients.Serious candidates will possess the minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience. Relevant certifications are a plus.Minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience in mortgage technology, with a strong focus on integrating systems. Experience with ICE's MSP and /or Sagent's LoanServ is highly desirable.Proficiency in integration technologies and methodologies, including APIs, XML, and data mapping. Familiarity with mortgage servicing processes is essential.Experience in T-SQL and development abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing integration processes and documentation.Able to perform well under pressure and to work independently with high levels of initiative.Able to make decisions and recommendations with minimal consultation.Able to sit for long periods of time performing sedentary activities.Able to lift up to 20 lbs. of files, supplies, documents, or other related items.Travel rarely as needed.SWBC offers*:
