We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a key role in the development and enhancement of our mobile trade-in device processing software. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications. You will leverage your expertise in software systems and business analysis to drive the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers and business objectives.
Preferred candidates are those located in Nashville, TN or Dallas, TX. Remote work is an option for suitable candidates, with a preference for those in the EST/CST time zones.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect and document requirements for the mobile trade-in device processing softwareHelp prioritize backlog according to product vision, market value and ROIHelp create release plans for each of the teams major releases.Works with other development roles as well as outside of the development organization (horizontally across org) to independently communicate vision, explain functionality, and answer questionsCreates detailed Requirements (business and technical) and Operational documents related to the productAnalyze and assess existing business processes and systems to uncover opportunities for improvement and optimizationStay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to mobile device trade-in solutionsMaintain close coordination with functional owners and design solutionsWhat are the requirements needed for this position?
3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the Supply Chain and/or Telecommunications industryAPI or data integration experience is highly desiredExceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, adept at translating intricate business requirements into technical solutionsProficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis methodologies, committed to delivering top-quality solutions that align with business objectives and surpass customer expectationsDetail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs and exceed customer expectationsFamiliarity with software testing principles and practicesKnowledge of software development tools and technologies is a plusHighly desirable experience with Atlassian tools (Jira + Confluence)What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
Project Management and/or Business Systems Analyst Certification (CBPA, BCS, etc) a plusExperience with Data Warehouse tools like snowflake, data bricks are a plusExperience with testing web services using Postman is a plus

Pay Range:$63,400.00 - $105,800.00
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
