Overview
The Outreach Coordinator is a critical member of the Center team that acts as the external facing representative of BrightView across all organizational levels. The Outreach Coordinator's primary role is to achieve admission targets through focused referral generation and strategic brand-building initiatives. This individual will act as the community liaison and outside sales representative for BrightView to identify, establish, and maintain communication and relationships with potential referral partners in their respective community. They are responsible for generating referrals by attending community events, being a liaison with health systems, facilitating interaction with the criminal justice community, and interfacing with complimentary service providers in the substance use disorder marketplace.
Responsibilities
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT AND PARTNERSHIPS:
Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key potential referral partners in healthcare, criminal justice, community agency, and substance abuse treatment settings to develop/maintain clear pathways for patient access to treatment.Be a resource for BrightView care providers and management in facilitating relationships with third-party organizations.Develop an efficient routing strategy for field visits based on business need, referral potential, strategic focus, and trends.
COMMUNICATION AND DOCUMENTATION
Document all meaningful interactions with referral partners in CRM platform and maintain integrity of all account details and contact information.Collaborate effectively and often with Center Team and operational stakeholders to ensure alignment in achieving growth objectives.Serve as a spokesperson for the BrightView organization at community meetings and special events, implementing strategies and communications.Provide guidance and development on marketing materials to support sales and outreach efforts.Maintain performance scorecard to provide trend analysis, communicate strategic objectives, and regularly communicate value of sales efforts.
COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND EDUCATION:
Develop in-depth knowledge of BrightView's service offerings and maintain clear pathways for patients to enter treatment.Organize, attend, and/or participate in special events and promotions advocating for BrightView and its patients.Actively engage, educate, and develop community stakeholder relationships at all levels to increase brand awareness in the marketplace.Meet with care providers across all BrightView locations to collect ideas and resources for sharing across the organization.Assist Center Team in addressing market-specific initiatives and coordination of liaison activities.
STRATEGIC PLANNING AND MISSION ALIGNMENT:
Understand the mission of BrightView and align sales and outreach efforts accordingly.Identify relevant trends and market opportunities for strategic planning.Develop and implement outreach activities, campaigns, and strategies aligned with the organization's mission.

Proven ability to achieve sales or business development targetsAbility to identify new business, use data to identify trends, and actively develop accounts and relationshipsOpen to professional growth, willing to accept feedback, learn new concepts, and increase knowledge baseActive knowledge of addiction medicine/behavioral health industry/marketsOutgoing personality, ability to connect and engage people openly and build rapportAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively with various teamsAbility to travel when needed and flexibility in schedulingExcellent communication skills, time management and ability to utilize reporting and CRM software platforms (Excel required, Salesforce preferred)Qualifications
EXPERIENCE
Required: 1+ year of outside sales experience (referral-based healthcare experience preferred)
EDUCATION:High School Diploma (Required)Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred)
