Revvity Omics, a division of Revvity, is a clinical molecular and biochemical laboratory offering a variety of different screening and diagnostic testing options. From prenatal screening before birth to newborn screening shortly after birth and whole genome sequencing through one's lifetime. Our goal is to provide valuable and insightful information about potential underlying genetic conditions, guiding patients and providers to improved health outcomes.

Job ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed project scope and requirements documentationAssist in developing business cases, cost estimates, risk matricesManage project timelines and provide ongoing status updates to achieve objectivesUnderstand intricate details related to laboratory budgetingCoach and mentor team members and direct reportsAbility to provide constructive feedbackBe responsible for coordinating project activities involving several parties, including a variety of clients, vendors and colleagues at all levelsEffectively communicate and engage with all levels of the organization verbally and in writing; translate decisions/strategies into business terms and implications; produce clear, understandable documentation geared for all audiencesAble to liaise effectively with both business partners and clientsIndividual must be highly self-motivated and demonstrated ability to execute initiatives with minimal direction and manage a wide range of topics to resolutionSet up an operating system for precision medicine across RevvityExtend and collaborate with the collective and connected business to drive Precision Medicine within RevvityOther duties as assignedBasic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree - healthcare focus preferredMinimum 7 years of project management experiencePreferred Qualifications

Master of Business Administration preferredProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred or desire to achieve certificationStrong capabilities using the Microsoft suite of productsExcellent communication (verbal and written) and critical thinking skillsExceptional organizational and planning skills with attention to detailDemonstrated success delivering solutions in complex, highly regulated environmentsStrong working knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations/laboratory information management systemsAbility to facilitate and influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levelsDemonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to changeExperience with project delivery in a global company and coordination with multi-location-based project teams is criticalWorking Conditions

Office and clinical lab environment; possible exposure to blood borne pathogens; must wear protective lab gear including lab coat, gloves and completely closed footwearEmployee may be requested to work shifts other than daylight depending on the needs of the laboratory.
