Applications will be considered according to the established cut off periods of 11/08/24 and 12/01/24 candidates who are the most qualified will be invited to an interview. This position is located at the DMV Headquarters in Sacramento.

Under the general supervision of a Transactions Team Leader, the incumbent reviews and audits all new employee and action request paperwork for completion and accuracy; keys Personnel Action Requests and Employee Action Requests for all types of appointments and separations; and interprets government codes, laws, and rules. The incumbent also initiates and keys leave benefit tracking for vacation, sick, annual leave, personal holiday, etc.; receives, audits, and documents negative and positive attendance payroll reports; and keys intermittent, overtime, and miscellaneous payments.

This position will run Until Filled, with the following cut off dates: 1st of each month.

This Limited Term position may be extended to 24 months and may become Permanent.

Part-time telework available. Telework requires California residency.

Primarily sedentary for extended periods of time. Operates a computer terminal. Ability to communicate effectively with internal/external customers over the telephone.
