The business solutions architect primary responsibility is to focus on solution-level decisions and analysis of their impact to the overall business goals and outcomes. The role requires domain knowledge of the enterprise technologies to suggest the best solutions to current business problems. A solid practical knowledge and comprehensive understanding of industry best practices, emerging technology, and problem solving strategies is required to be successful in this role.
What you will do:Analyzing technology environment - provide management and engineering teams with technical advice that range from integrations, screen flow elements, data feeds/API,Understanding and analyzing enterprise requirementsLeading refinement sessions for development and providing optimal business solutions for specific use cases.Reviewing processes with users and recommend best practices to utilize Salesforce features.Reviewing the Salesforce product roadmap with business users and prioritizing deliverables for releases.Analyzing capabilities and gaps to enable digitization of enterprise workflows.Liaison between business teams and technical teams.Other duties as assigned.What you will need to have :
8+ years in software engineering and architecture designMinimum 3 years in business analysisBachelor's degree in finance or a related field or equivalent.Minimum of 3 year(s) of experience in Financial ServicesMinimum of 2 years in an Independent Broker Dealer environmentAbility to understand business needs and priorities and articulate solutions to meet project goalsProven execellent communication skillsCollaborative workAnalytical mindsetPersuasion and negotiation skillsSalesforce Certified Application ArchitectSalesforce Certified System ArchitectSalesforce Certified Integration ArchitectSalesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility ArchitectSalesforce Certified Identity and Access Management ArchitectSalesforce Certified Development Lifecycle and Deployment ArchitectSalesforce Certified Data ArchitectCompensation:
The salary range for this role is $140,000-$160,000, plus competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
