Cetra Ruddy is seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer with a deep focus in multi-family and residential projects. We are looking for a designer who has worked on large-scale complex projects and knows how to navigate various client relationships and personalities accordingly. A successful candidate is someone who is technically sophisticated and prepared to be involved in all aspects of the design and project process.

In this role, you will provide direction and work alongside our Founding Principals and other senior leaders as well as project designers in the design development of the project. You will be responsible for the development & execution of accurate drawings, renderings, and images for presentation, coordination, and construction as well as the selection and specification of FF&E. Additionally this position will be called upon to oversee the work of Jr Designers and Interns. In all work, whether internal or external, you will relentlessly pursue & champion CetraRuddy's design integrity & intention.

Required Skills & Experience

Professional Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in educational, civic, and healthcare interior design.Advanced expertise in RevitPrior experience working on a large team designDemonstrated design sensibility and strength of technical knowledgeDemonstrated superior graphic production & presentation abilitiesExperience independently designing spaces while effectively incorporating the direction and concepts provided by the Design PrincipalComputer skills must include AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch-up, and the Adobe Creative SuiteStrong written & verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesDemonstrated strong organization skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant in the culture of the studio

Pay Range:

The base salary will be estimated between $105,000 - $130,000 plus bonuses and benefits, contingent on relevant experience
