Job DescriptionThis is a hybrid role in Mountain View, CA 94043 (2-3 days/week onsite)
Required Skills:• 5+ years of FP&A experience or equivalent tenure from related positions in highly dynamic finance roles.• Highly motivated, self-starter with a desire to quickly learn and excel. Simultaneously manage several priorities and successfully manage ambiguity. Meet deadlines in a high-growth environment focused on drivingresults.• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to summarize the analytics at a higher level in a simple/digestible manner.• Advanced Excel financial modeling, analytical and critical thinking skills.• Grace under pressure with a good sense of humor and dose of humility.• Hyperion Essbase and GSuite experience a plus.• BS/BA required or equivalent experience; MBA, CFA and/or CPA preferred
Job Duties:We are looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst who will partner with client's Accelerating Functions team to drive their forecasting, planning and analysis and support each group's vision, strategies, and priorities.The ideal candidate will be an inquisitive self-starter, with a deep understanding of financial theory, proven business acumen, strong analytical and modeling skills, and hands-on FP&A experience.
Responsibilities:• Assist in monthly financial reporting, quarterly forecasting and assist in 1- and 3-year planning across Accelerating Functions groups.• Create financial reporting presentations (month end/quarter close, forecast updates) for senior business leaders to enable transparency into the business performance and drive key decisions impacting the business trajectory• Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement by streamlining, standardizing, and automating processes and reporting requirements
