Role Summary
Terrain is looking for a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager. We're looking for a dynamic candidate to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that elevate the Terrain brand and drive business growth. This leadership role will be responsible for developing and implementing our comprehensive go-to-market strategies, overseeing cross-functional campaign execution, and ensuring that all marketing efforts align with organizational goals. You'll collaborate with a variety of internal teams and external partners to drive marketing campaigns, maximize customer engagement, and deliver measurable results.
As the marketing leader for Terrain, you will play a pivotal role in aligning Terrain's business objectives with impactful marketing and customer messaging strategies. By blending strategic vision, exceptional project management expertise, and a data-driven approach, you'll refine and optimize marketing initiatives to drive performance and ensure continued success.
Role Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop Go-To-Market Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a cohesive 360-degree marketing plan, identifying seasonal and holiday campaigns, and product priorities that align with business objectives. Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with buying, merchandising, creative, and other cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with Terrain business goals, seasonal strategies and messaging goals Big Picture Thinking: Connect the dots between various business initiatives and marketing campaigns, leveraging insights from across the company to maximize campaign impact and enhance brand positioning. Campaign Briefing & Execution: Create detailed marketing briefs for internal teams, in partnership with channel owners, ensuring clear direction and seamless execution. Project Management: Own the campaign timeline, budget, and resources, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Campaign Measurement & Reporting: Implement measurement plans for each campaign, track performance, and lead campaign recaps to share key insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders. Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and that campaigns are delivered efficiently. External Partnerships:
Build Strategic Partnerships: Identify and foster relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to amplify marketing efforts and support campaign execution. Influencer Marketing: Strategize and manage influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement, cultivating meaningful relationships with key industry influencers. New Partnership Opportunities: Continuously explore and pursue new partnership opportunities that will help elevate the Terrain brand and drive traffic to both physical and digital spaces. Localized Marketing
Regional Marketing Leadership: Cultivate strong relationships with key retail partners (such as BBG, DVU) and develop tailored marketing strategies to drive foot traffic to our physical stores. Design By Terrain (DBT) Strategy: Spearhead the creation and execution of localized marketing initiatives for Terrain's DBT concept, promoting our in-store, at-home, and event services to engage and educate the local customer base. Collaborate with URBN Menu & Venues Team: Work closely with the Terrain Café & Events marketing team to support initiatives and seamlessly integrate café and event activations into broader Terrain brand marketing efforts. Role Qualifications
8-10 years in a Marketing Function, retail experience a plus.
