This team partners across the enterprise to execute on the company's most critical priorities that will drive growth, service delivery, and cost savings opportunities. We are looking for talented individuals who can lead through change and drive transformation at all levels of the company.What you will be doingManage strategic planning function including planning and developing long-term goals and strategic objectives to ensure business growth and/or improve productivity and profitability.Oversee a set of programmatic initiatives from inception to completion, working with discrete owners to unblock cross-functional challenges, escalate and communicate risk, and accelerate solutions.Partner with line of business and function senior leaders to identify challenges and opportunities, problem-solve solution sets, and drive execution.Lead short-term projects to de-risk and accelerate strategic priorities that span across multiple business lines and functions with no natural single owner to ensure and maximize enterprise value.Identify, research, and evaluate new business opportunities and market initiatives by analyzing complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources.Bring expertise or identify subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret, and produce recommendations and business and/or strategic plans based on company and external data analysis.Direct planning and preparation of business proposals and provide data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities.Ensure policies and procedures align with corporate vision.What you bringBachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, finance, or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.8+ years of strategic planning experience within a matrixed environment and/or in a strategy consulting role.Change or transformation management experience with the business or corporate functions.Proven ability to influence across a matrixed organization and at all levels of an organization, from delivery teams to senior leadership.Knowledge of banking practices, regulations, and operations within assigned line(s) of business.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., executive, management, individual contributors.Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills.Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take.Ability to understand and focus on clients' needs, establish credibility, and build positive, professional relationships with clients.Project management skills; ability to prioritize and complete tasks.Leadership and negotiation skills to influence and move impact forward.What We Offer YouAt FIS, you can learn, grow, and make an impact in your career.
