We are searching for a resilient, self-motivated corporate recruiter to join our company. In this role, you will identify the best job applicants and conduct interviews with potential hires. A successful corporate recruiter will be flexible and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and active listening skills. Ideal candidates should be able to foster lasting, professional relationships and have working knowledge of talent acquisition software. This individual will thrive in a working environment that requires the ability to manage ambiguity, shifting priorities, and ever-changing strategies to meet our growing needs. This is a 30 hr/week position. Candidates in EST/CST preferred.Responsibilities

Collaborate with managers to develop improved talent acquisition strategies.Identify recruiting needs and source the best applicants using a variety of methods to fill vacancies.Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies while maintaining cost control.Develop GSE's recruiting strategy, brand, and EVP to position the company as an Employer of Choice.Manage the entire recruiting life cycle, including documentation in ATS, requisitions, and tracking spreadsheets.Create and maintain talent pools using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.Create/run reports as necessary.Prepare and post attractive job descriptions to online job boards or circulate them via other channels, such as email or social media.Update and maintain all job descriptions.Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates via email, phone, and video.Create offer letters and manage the pre-hire process.Network with industry professionals and keep abreast of developments in talent acquisition.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or other related field and 5 years of recruiting experience or the equivalent in education and experience.Experience recruiting engineers is a plus.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.Ability to develop strategy and execute.Ability to take ownership and responsibility.Knowledge of a variety of sourcing methods, including boolean.Ability to work as part of a team.Salary Range
