Our team consists of problem solvers and go-getters who are dedicated to being service-oriented and solving important problems.About the Role:The Director of Product Management serves as a strategic leader for product development and innovation within the Stores & Marketing domain. This individual will be responsible for defining the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the successful delivery of solutions that meet customer needs and business goals. The Director, Product Management will report to the VP, Product Management.Responsibilities Include:Product Strategy & Roadmap:

Develop and lead the product strategy and roadmap for the Stores & Marketing domain, aligning with the overall company objectives and market opportunities.Market & Competitive Intelligence:

Conduct market research, analyze competitor strategies, and identify emerging technologies to inform product direction and ensure competitive advantage.Requirements Management:

Gather and document business and customer requirements, translating them into clear product specifications.Prioritization & Execution:

Prioritize product features and initiatives based on business value, market need, and feasibility. Oversee the execution of product development projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards.Cross-functional Collaboration:

Partner effectively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to deliver successful product launches and ongoing improvements.Data-Driven Decision Making:

Utilize data analysis, metrics, and user feedback to inform product development decisions and measure product success.Stakeholder Management:

Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including executives, business partners, and customers, about product vision, progress, and results.Area-Specific Expertise:

Possess deep knowledge and understanding of the Stores & Marketing domain, its specific challenges, and emerging trends. (e.g., Retail trends and customer behavior for Stores & Marketing).About The Pay:Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 AnnuallyAnnual Bonus ProgramEquity401(k) Profit SharingFinal compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.About You:Minimum of 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success in the Stores & Marketing domain.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to lead and mentor a team of product managers.Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business needs into product solutions.Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
