Our Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy & Utilities Consulting group is looking for a Senior Consultant to join our journey.We’re looking for Senior Consultants who can deliver within Cognizant’s Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a Senior Consultant (Manager level position), this means partnering with clients and project stakeholders.Responsibilities:Work with clients to establish clear connections between business goals and strategies to capability development and implementation to achieve desired business value.Define product/platform strategies and solutions focused on Transportation Planning and execution, including logistics planning, route optimization, and fleet management.Map business processes to identify improvement/transformation opportunities.End-to-end requirement management of products from product/platform vision to deliverable stories.Validate UX/UI for every feature/function.Support UAT.Conduct defect analysis, testing, and demo to client.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience, with additional certifications (not mandatory).~7+ years of consulting experience with a focus on Transportation and Logistics.~ Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications are preferred but not required.Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.Display a deep understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.Ability to travel if needed for business requirements.Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)Benefits:Medical/Dental/Vision/Life InsurancePaid holidays plus Paid Time OffLong-term/Short-term disability coverageEmployee Stock Purchase Plan
