Our Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy & Utilities Consulting group is looking for a Senior Consultant to join our journey.We’re looking for Senior Consultants who can deliver within Cognizant’s Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence, which are: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a Senior Consultant (which is a Manager level position) this means partnering with clients and project stakeholders, colleagues. In addition to enabling consulting excellence through the Five Pillars of Consulting, the specific requirements for this position are below.Work with clients to establish clear connections between business goals and strategies to capability development and implementation to achieving desired business value.Define product/platform strategies and solutions focused on Transportation Planning and execution, including logistics planning, route optimization and fleet management.Map business processes to identify improvement/transformation opportunities.End to end requirement management of products from product/platform vision to deliverable stories.Validate UX/UI for every feature/function.Support UAT.Defect analysis, testing and demo to client.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience, with additional certifications, but not mandatory.~7+ years of consulting experience with a focus on Transportation and Logistics.~ Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications are but not required.Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.Display a deep understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements.Ability to travel if needed for business requirements.Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.)Benefits:Medical/Dental/Vision/Life InsurancePaid holidays plus Paid Time OffLong-term/Short-termEmployee Stock Purchase Plan
