The Product Marketing Associate will lead the creation and execution of direct marketing strategies to promote products, drive customer engagement, and support revenue growth. This role requires working with our customers face-to-face in a retail setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with sales and operations to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and business objectives.- Design marketing plans that emphasize customer acquisition, retention, and lead generation.- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to create highly segmented audience profiles.- Tailor marketing messages and offers to specific customer groups, optimizing response and conversion rates.- Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling product messaging and engaging materials.- Continuously monitor and refine campaigns based on performance metrics, testing, and customer feedback.- Ensure product benefits and features are effectively communicated through all marketing materials.- Implement lead nurturing processes to engage prospects throughout the sales funnel and convert them into buyers.- Equip the sales team with relevant marketing assets, product insights, and training to effectively promote products.- Create sales collateral, presentations, and guides to support sales efforts.- Monitor key campaign metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment.- Generate detailed reports and insights to inform future campaign strategies and product improvements.- Partner with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing efforts.- Incorporate customer feedback into ongoing product and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:- High school diploma- Strong knowledge of direct marketing channels and customer engagement tactics.- Proven track record of running successful direct marketing campaigns and generating measurable results.- Proficiency in marketing and CRM tools (e.g., email platforms, Google Analytics, HubSpot).- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
