This role will be part of the Ameriprise Bank Deposit Products group. Ameriprise Bank is a fully digital bank that launched in 2019. It is a fast-growing start-up within Ameriprise Financial. We seek an experienced banking industry professional to help continue to expand and grow our Bank Deposits business.The position will support product development and management of Ameriprise Bank deposit products, focusing on deposit product design, development, implementation, and enhancement of our savings, Bank CDs, and checking products. Your contributions will shape and deliver a high-quality digital banking experience and contribute to the successful growth of Ameriprise Bank.Key Responsibilities

Lead the definition and execution of the digital deposit product roadmap, including enhancements, launching banking products tailored to the needs of Ameriprise Financial investment clients and other prospective clients.Drive multiple initiatives from concept through development and market launch.Develop, implement, and maintain product features and improvements.Collaborate with business partners to establish service, sales, marketing, risk-management, and other end-to-end product management processes.Manage the day-to-day deposit product suite, once established, and assist with financial forecasts, pricing, analytics, and the customer experience.Write detailed product requirements to turn product vision into executable development actions.Play a key role in developing marketing materials and supporting marketing campaign development and management in both a creative and analytics capacity.Deliver results through a matrixed organization including technology, operations, digital, finance, compliance, legal, risk, marketing, sales, field leadership and other partners.Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.7+ years of progressive career experience with at least 3 years' experience in deposit product management at a national or large regional bank.Experience in digital bank deposit product development, delivery, and management.Proven success leading the development and market launch of bank savings and checking accounts.The ability to coordinate, prioritize and complete work in a detailed manner within a matrixed organization to deliver outcomes in line with project scope and strategic goals.Experience in pricing, sales, marketing, business analytics and risk management.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to create effective PowerPoint presentations to update executive audiences.Leadership experience in delivering outcomes through key internal and external partnerships (i.e. technology, operations, finance, marketing, vendors).Strong financial competence and analysis ability to understand and interpret financial data, reports, and develop business cases.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data to identify trends, issues and opportunities.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with FIS core platform, and other financial technology vendors.Experience with deposit marketing offers.Wealth management or investment industry experience or knowledge.About Our Company
