BA or BS in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting

5+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting with emphasis on financial analysis and financial modeling

FP&A experience in a corporate environment, a publicly-traded company, a public accounting firm, or an investment bank

Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

As a key member of the Product & Technology (P&T) Finance team, you will support DocuSign’s cloud migration initiative as well as our technical infrastructure footprint.

Your core responsibilities will include financial analysis and modeling in support of cloud and managed hosting initiatives; preparation of key financial forecasts, including long-range and annual plans, quarterly outlooks, and monthly forecasts; presentation of performance insights and actionable recommendations to management to influence the direction of the business; and serving as collaborator and trusted partner to the business.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager.

Serve as primary business partner to the cloud infrastructure organization, collaborating with FP&A, Engineering, Accounting, and Operations teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, track spending patterns, and recommend actionable insights.

Identify, measure, monitor, and optimize cloud infrastructure costs using Azure or AWS.

Manage cloud cost governance, establish budget controls, and maintain and improve forecasting and processes through increasing modeling accuracy and building close business relationships with Engineering teams.

Develop robust financial models to streamline decision-making and highlight key drivers of past, current and future business performance.

Own annual budgeting, monthly close, and forecast processes inclusive of headcount and discretionary spend.

Build presentations, reports and dashboards to advise senior leadership on the financial performance of their teams and provide guidance on near-term and long-term opportunities and risks.

(Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation.)

Benefits

Wage Transparency

California: $93,500 - $143,175 base salary

Illinois and Colorado: $87,400 - $120,175 base salary

Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $87,400 - $128,525 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
