Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate existing systems and review system capabilities.Responsible for maintaining and managing the flow of financial and operational data into the ERP System (Spectrum) and then into the reporting consolidation product (Prophix) and support reporting and data integrity.Participate in the semi-annual budgeting process supporting the training, communication, and consolidation of global data.A solid understanding of data structure and flow to compile and analyze information to provide observations and suggestions for business purposes.What You’ll NeedSolid knowledge of financial information analysis using spreadsheets, databases, and other financial reporting software.Strong understanding of financial statements and the general ledger.Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to meet tight deadlines.Solid analytical thinking and quantitative analysis.Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize.Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Requirements:Education: Master of Computer Science or IT plus one year’s experience in business or systems analysis. Will accept a bachelor’s degree plus five years of progressive experience in the alternative.Minimum Experience: Experience must include knowledge and use of Power BI, MS SQL Server Management Studio, Profisee, MS Visio, Spectrum, and SAP Crystal Reports.Convergint is committed to a culture of Inclusion and Diversity and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
