Data Analyst
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with data, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets, generating reports, and presenting findings to support decision-making across various departments.Responsibilities
Data Collection & Management : Gather, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources. Ensure data is accurate, complete, and properly formatted for analysis.Data Analysis : Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help drive business decisions. Apply statistical methods and techniques to interpret complex data and generate meaningful results.Reporting & Visualization : Create regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key findings and trends to stakeholders. Use tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or others to present data in a clear and impactful way.Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, operations, and product management to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.Data-Driven Recommendations : Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business processes, strategies, and performance. Support business decision-making with quantitative analysis and evidence-based insights.Data Quality Assurance : Ensure data integrity by performing regular data audits and quality checks. Identify and address any inconsistencies, anomalies, or errors in the data.Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools, trends, and best practices. Suggest improvements to existing data collection and analysis processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Additional certifications (e.g., in data analysis or data visualization) are a plus.Experience : 6+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field. Experience working with large datasets, conducting statistical analysis, and using data visualization tools.Technical Skills : Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI. Strong knowledge of statistical methods and techniques for data analysis. Experience with database management and data manipulation.Skills : Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data. Strong communication skills to present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
