ResponsibilitiesAs an Insurance Defense Attorney, your main duties will include:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and pleadings.

QualificationsThe ideal candidate for the Permanent Insurance Defense Attorney position should possess:

A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

Active membership in the state bar.
