QualificationsThe ideal candidate for the Permanent Insurance Defense Attorney position should possess:
A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the state bar.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
Exceptional knowledge of insurance laws, regulations, and procedures.
