Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager – SATCOM and RF SystemsLocation:

West Coast US (Remote/Flexible), travel up to 50%Are you a driven and entrepreneurial-minded sales and marketing professional with a strong background in SATCOM and RF technology? Nuvotronics is looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team and support new business in the West Coast region.This exciting role will put you at the forefront of our business development initiatives, empowering you to build strong client relationships, oversee sales processes, and lead integrated sales and marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. Business Development & Sales GrowthIdentify, develop, and close new business opportunities within your assigned markets.Grow revenue by deepening relationships with existing clients and securing new prospects.Develop and implement strategic account plans to exceed sales targets.Build industry connections to discover new market opportunities and drive our growth strategy.Client Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.Maintain high customer satisfaction by offering ongoing support and resolving issues promptly.Foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.Integrated Marketing StrategyWork with our marketing team to create and execute campaigns that align with sales goals.Provide feedback from clients to help shape marketing messages and product offerings.Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements to boost engagement and conversions.Performance Tracking & ReportingMonitor key performance metrics, delivering sales forecasts, progress updates, and insights to leadership.Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.Share insights from the field to help align product development with market needs.Strategic Planning & Market ExpansionStay informed on market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.Partner with internal teams to develop solutions that meet client needs and showcase our expertise in mmWave and RF systems.Negotiation & Contract ManagementLead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and aligning with Nuvotronics’ standards.Work with internal teams to deliver on contracts as agreed, meeting our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.What You Bring to the Role:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.8+ years in sales, business development, or marketing—preferably within the RF/microwave or Space Commercial industries.Strong technical understanding of high-frequency systems, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.Exceptional relationship-building skills and a proactive, independent approach to work.Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively with marketing, engineering, and product teams.Proficiency with CRM software and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.Must be a US citizen.Cubic Pay Range:$95,000 – $165,000 + sales incentive plan + benefits.*Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market.The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
