experienced Senior Director of Product Management – Customer Identity
to lead the strategy and development of Live Nation’s profile services, customer data platform, and identity risk initiatives.WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOProduct Strategy & RoadmapDevelop and execute a strategic roadmap for profile management and customer data services.Lead the design and development of digital identity strategies.Build solutions that bridge the gap between anonymous and authenticated traffic.Prioritize the delivery of profile-related features and enhancements.Build and maintain scalable APIs and endpoints.Profile & Settings ManagementOversee the development and evolution of profile services.Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of profile data endpoints.Drive improvements in settings and preferences management.Customer Data & Identity ManagementLead the development of customer data strategies.Build frameworks for identity resolution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams.Utilize data insights to optimize fan profiles.Identity Risk & Abuse PreventionDevelop and implement strategies to identify and mitigate identity risks.Partner with the Abuse Prevention team.Implement risk models and identity validation techniques.Ensure compliance with privacy and data governance standards.Cross-Functional LeadershipCollaborate with engineering, legal, data science, operations, and marketing teams.Act as a primary point of contact for key internal stakeholders and external partners.Effectively communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes.WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING8+ years of product management experience,
