Job Responsibilities:
Team Building:
Building and leading high-performing teams of professionals, including project managers, consultants, and technical experts.Talent Development:
Identifying and nurturing talent within the organization, providing mentorship and training to enhance skills and capabilities.Resource Allocation:
Efficiently allocating resources to projects based on skills, expertise, and project requirements.Client Engagement:
Cultivating strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that the services delivered align with their objectives.Client Satisfaction:
Monitoring client satisfaction through feedback mechanisms and implementing improvements based on feedback.Business Strategy:
Collaborating with executive leadership to develop and execute the company’s overall business strategy, focusing on professional services.Service Expansion:
Identifying opportunities to expand service offerings, enter new markets, or enhance existing services to meet changing client needs.
Skills & Experience:
Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph10+ years experience in infrastructure and operations support5+ years experience in a customer-facing role7+ years’ service leadership experience (supervisory experience)Strong project management, budgeting, and overall P&L skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience running multiple large multi-million dollar programs successfullyExperience with and/or working familiarity with the USG procurement processes10+ years of experience supporting the US Intelligence CommunityThe ability and willingness to effectively communicate with all levels of Sayari and Customer management, up to and including Executive Leadership TeamsFamiliarity with open source data and entity resolution concepts.
$190,000 - $210,000 a year
The target base salary for this position is $190,000-$210,000 plus commission and equity.
