We are looking to augment our team with passionate people who are excited about joining an established "scale-up" to help shape and drive our future.Job Responsibilities:Ensuring quarterly and annual revenue targets are achieved, including net new sales and renewalsBuilding a pipeline that achieves 4x of your quotaMaintaining accurate and up-to-date Salesforce data for your territory and providing reliable forecast information to upper managementQuoting, negotiating, and closing highly complex transactionsActively engaging in territory planning and opportunity developmentStaying abreast of competitive intelligence and providing feedback for managementPerforming other related duties as assignedSkills and Experience:5+ years in State and Local sales, specifically in either the Southwest, to customers with OSINT, Publicly Available Information solutions, or enterprise softwareExperience with state & local contracting vehicles and customer procurement processes desiredDemonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive marketMust have a consistent track record of achieving and exceeding revenue expectationsAbility to travel up to 25%Must possess superior written and verbal communication skillsProven track record executing complex sales and growth strategiesCompensation:$150,000 - $180,000 a year
The target base salary for this position is $150,000 - $180,000 USD plus commission and equity. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, candidate experience and expertise, internal peer equity, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
