The Sales Executive is responsible for day-to-day sales activities and development of relationships with existing and prospective customers. A primary focus is to target Architects, Designers, Developers, General Contractors, and more.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Increase market share through new client acquisition and development of relationshipsIdentify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, trade shows, etc.Present Sunset Signs’ capabilities to developers, architects, general contractors, and retail chains to identify sales opportunitiesPerform consultative sales for complete signage packagesContinually build product knowledge through participation in periodic training sessions, team interaction, and industry/sector eventsAssist in the project process for site surveys, permits, and installsAchieve monthly and annual sales quota and agreed upon weekly activity requirementsMaintain a high level of client satisfactionRequired Skills
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant roleProficiency in EnglishExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeHands-on experience with CRM software is a plusThorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniquesFast learner and passion for salesSelf-motivated with a results-driven approachAptitude in delivering attractive presentationsEducation / Experience
To be considered for this position you must have:High School degree or GED or relevant experience1-2 years sales experience with a proven track recordSign industry experience not required but is a plusEmployment Details
• Reports to: Sales Manager• Status: Salary• Compensation: D.O.E. Bonuses offered OTE is $100,000+• Hours: Regular Business Hours are Monday - Friday from 8AM-5PM. May be required to work overtime, including nights and weekends• Benefits (after 90 days): Health Coverage (cost for benefits may apply), Holiday Pay (6 paid holidays/year minimum), PTO (1 week min/year with increments at 3 years and 5 years), Retirement Account Match up to 4%
